Safe Sleep

About

We're excited to announce our partnership with Cribs for Kids to promote safe infant sleep and prevent Sudden Unexpected Infant Death (SUID). We care about the infants in our community and want to do our part to ensure they have a safe sleeping environment.

ABCs of Safe Sleep

Alone. Remove everything from baby's safe sleep space except for a tightly fitted sheet and pacifier.

Back. Place baby on their back to sleep for every sleep.

Crib. Place baby on a firm, flat, mattress in a safety-approved crib, bassinet, or pack-and-play for every sleep.

Need a safe sleep environment?

The Safe Sleep program ensures that every baby living in Nevada has a safe sleep environment. Please contact us if you do not have a safe sleep environment prepared for your child. You may also sign up for a scheduled safe sleep workshop below.
